Marc Kaducak

Deputy Director for Projects (Interim) and Chief Project Officer

As the Deputy Director for Projects (Interim) and Chief Project Officer, Marc Kaducak is responsible for establishing project management standards and providing management oversight for the laboratory's large suite of projects. Together with project teams and stakeholders, the CPO implements strategies and tactics to achieve excellence in project management and successful project execution, while ensuring a safe working environment. Kaducak has more than 30 years of experience in project management and engineering in research and industry. Most recently, he served as a senior control account manager for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Prior to that, he held several positions at Fermilab including PIP-II Project Manager, Head of the Office of Project Support Services, and Project Engineer on several of the Lab's projects. Kaducak holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University. He completed DOE's Project Leadership Institute and University of Chicago's Strategic Lab Leadership programs.
