FESS

Facility Engineering Services Section. Four groups make up FESS: the Operations group, which maintains electrical, water, heating, and fire protection systems; the Services group, which provides custodial service, maintains road and parking areas, and oversees roof, door, and glass repairs: Infrastructure group, which manages the lab’s building and utilities, and oversees the time and material contracting; and the Engineering group, which does all in-house architectural and engineering work.
