Access

An access allows people to enter an area, providing they follow certain rules. In General this is what happens: the people wanting access must read safety information that points out potential tunnel hazards; they must sign a sheet acknowledging that they understand the hazards; an operator checks their training records see if they are qualified to enter the area; if the person is qualified, an operator issues them a key; the people accessing collects any necessary equipment or clothing and then proceeds with their access into tunnel.
