Troubleshooting for Fermilab Today

Increasingly, legitimate, subscription-based e-mails are labeled as spam, which prevents them from getting to your inbox. Below are some tips to help unblock Fermilab Today if you suddenly stop receiving your daily issue.

Did you stop receiving Fermilab Today? Follow these tips.

  1. Add today@fnal.gov to your e-mail address book.

  2. Check your spam folder. If Fermilab Today has been delivered to your spam folder, mark it as “not spam” or as “safe”

  3. Send an e-mail to today@fnal.gov. We will reply to your e-mail. Please confirm that you received our reply.

  4. If none of these efforts work, please email today@fnal.gov and we will help you contact your ISP for additional support.
