Mac users: Upcoming changes to VPN client software.
An upgrade to new VPN hardware (VPN is what you use to connect to the Fermilab network from offsite.) is expected to occur in early October. In order for your VPN client software on your computer to work with the new hardware, a new version of the client software is required. All centrally managed Mac OSX laptops that are communicating correctly with Casper have been updated with the correct version. See https://fermi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0010605 for more information on what action, if any, you need to take to ensure continued access to the network from offsite.
