Annual Enrollment will take place from Monday, Nov. 17, 2008 through Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008. Materials are being sent to your mail station and are also available on the benefits Web site at http://wdrs.fnal.gov/benefits/index.html

Did you win a prize at the Fermilab Health and Wellness Fair?
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Health and Wellness fair. Congratulations to all the winners of the Health and Wellness fair raffles. A list of winners can be found on the Recreation Web site here (pdf). Prize winners may contact the recreation office to pick up your prize.

Annual enrollment carrier meetings Nov. 21, Dec. 4, 9
Representatives from Blue Cross/Blue Shield and CIGNA will be available to answer questions and assist with Annual Enrollment at meetings this month and next. View the meeting schedule here (pdf).

Fermilab Arts Series Presents Klezmatics on Nov. 22
The Klezmatics, world-renowned and Grammy-winning superstars of the klezmer world, will perform at Fermilab at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22 in Ramsey Auditorium. Their music is steeped in Eastern European, Jewish and traditional spirituality. Their songs incorporate contemporary themes with eclectic musical influences including Arab, African, Latin, Balkan rhythms and jazz. English Country Dancing, Nov. 23
English Country Dancing will take place Sunday, Nov. 23, at Kuhn Village Barn. Dancing begins at 2 p.m. A potluck supper will take place at about 5:30 p.m., following the dancing. Newcomers are always welcome. All dances are taught and walked through and no partner is required. In December, dancing will be held on the first Sunday, Dec. 7, with live music. Director's volunteer award Nov. 25
The Director's volunteer award reception, which was cancelled on Nov. 5 due to the power outage, has been rescheduled. The reception will take place at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25 on the second floor crossover.

Exciting Explorations! child care program offered Nov. 24-26
Exciting Explorations!, a child care program for children ages 7-12, will take place Nov. 24, 25 and 26, depending on interest. A summer-camp counselor will lead the program. Two snacks and beverages are provided. Please send a sack lunch. Program cost is $25 a day and payment is due upon reservation. Reservations are due Nov. 19. No International Folk Dancing on Thanksgiving, resumes Dec. 4

Join Fermilab volleyball, training
Fermilab's winter volleyball league will begin game play on Nov 17. Interested volleyball players can join the league's practice games in the Fermilab Village gym on Mondays from 6-9 p.m. Players can join the league teams or create new ones. NALWO Thanksgiving feast Nov. 17
NALWO, Fermilab’s women’s organization, will host “Thanksgiving Across America,” a Thanksgiving feast on Monday, Nov. 17, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Chez Leon in the Users’ Center. Fermilab singers to perform Nov. 20
The Fermilab Singers will perform a set of autumn songs this Thursday, Nov. 20, at noon in the Ramsey Auditorium in Wilson Hall. This half-hour program will feature pieces from known and unknown composers in several languages. Snacks will be provided at the end of the concert.
