Bardeen Engineering Leadership Program talk - May 1
Priya Raman is a candidate for Ph.D. from the Department of Nuclear, Plasma and Radiological Engineering at the University of Illinois. As a candidate in the Bardeen Engineering Leadership Program she will be interviewing on-site this Friday. Her on-site visit will conclude with a talk given on Friday afternoon. Prescription Safety Eyewear Form Updated
The Prescription Safety Eyewear form has been updated and is available via Fermilab's ESH&Q web page (http://esh-docdb.fnal.gov/cgi-bin/RetrieveFile?docid=2313). Prior versions will not be accepted after May 1, 2015.

International folk dancing meeting in Ramsey Auditorium April 30 only
International folk dancing will move this Thursday evening, April 30, from Kuhn Barn to Ramsey Auditorium. The group meets from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Newcomers are always welcome. There is instruction and dances for children and newer dancers early in the evening and request dancing later on. Many of the dances are lines and circles, with no partners needed. Dancing will return to Kuhn Barn for May, except for May 28 when it is cancelled, and will move to Ramsey Auditorium later in June for the summer months. Fermilab Board Game Guild
The Fermilab Board Game Guild meets every Tuesday at the User's Center from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Everyone is welcome, and no connection with Fermilab is required. Board games played include, but are not limited to, Puerto Rico, Ticket To Ride, Seven Wonders, Stone Age, Attica, Alhambra, Citadels, and many more. Harvard Implicit Association Test: Thursday, April 30
The Fermilab Women's Initiative invites everyone to participate in a lunchtime discussion on Thursday, April 30. The topic will be gender and the Harvard Implicit Association Test. This event will be facilitated by CD's own Lita Scott and will be held in the Comitium (WH2SE) from 11:30-1PM; bring your own lunch. The Bible Exploration for Lunch League invites you to view and discuss a new 7-part video series entitled "For the Life of the World: Letters to the Exiles." Interpersonal Communication Skills on May 20

Zumba Toning & Zumba Fitness Registration Due Soon
The next class of Zumba Toning will be held Tuesdays, May 5 - June 9 in the Fitness Center Exercise Room from 12-12:45pm. $40/person. Register in the Wellness Office, WH15W, by April 28th. The next session of Zumba Fitness will be held Thursdays, May 7 - June 4 in the Fitness Center Exercise Room from 12-12:45pm. $35/person. Register in the Wellness Office, WH15W, by April 30th.

Mac OS X security patches enabled TODAY (Tues., April 21)
Starting at 7 a.m. today (Tues., April 21), the Core Computing Division will be enabling OS X updates for Mac computers running OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), Mavericks (10.9.5) and Mountain Lion (10.8.5). Alerts announcing the availability of the security updates for a manual installation will appear on your screen. You can install these updates at a time that is convenient for you. These updates will require a restart. If you do not install the updates at this time, the automatic installation will begin on Tuesday, May 19. If you do not receive alerts or the security updates do not appear after the software update check, please contact the Service Desk for assistance.

Scottish country dancing meets Tuesday evenings at Kuhn Village Barn
Silk and Thistle Scottish country dancing is held every Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 10 p.m. at Kuhn Village Barn. The group and is taught by Doug Jensen. Newcomers are always welcome and are paired with experienced dancers -- no need to come with a partner. There is occasional live music. Players needed for 2015 Fermilab co-ed softball league
Several teams in the 2015 Fermilab co-ed softball league are looking for both male and female players. Games are played once a week in the Village on either Wednesday or Thursday from the beginning of May through early September, followed by a double-elimination playoff. Come out for the fun! 2014 FSA Deadline is April 30
Employees with a 2014 Healthcare or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account must spend the remaining balance by the end of the plan year. Healthcare expenses to be reimbursed with the 2014 Health Care Reimbursement Accounts must be incurred by March 15, 2015. 2014 Dependent Care expenses must be incurred by December 31, 2014. Claims for both types of accounts must be submitted to the plan administrator, Payflex, by April 30, 2015. Employees submit flexible spending claims to PayFlex online at www.healthhub.com or via fax.
