Petitions for permanent residence, fiancée visas, and temporary visas such as H, J, F and O (and more) will be able to be filed on behalf of same-sex couples as long as the marriage occured in a place that recognized same-sex marriage at the time it was celebrated. Contact Amanda Thompson in Fermilab's Visa Office if you have questions. All discussions will be confidential.
