Changes to US Visa Procedures - PLEASE READ
Beginning April 30, the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection will eliminate the Form I-94 Card that has been stapled into passports to show admission and visa status. This could have a big impact on visa holders at Fermilab. To prevent problems from arising, Fermilab's Visa Office recommends that visa holders: -Access an online database after admission to print/download the electronic record. -Hand in a copy of the electronic record printout when departing the U.S. -Verify departures are recorded accurately by accessing the online system from outside the U.S. For full information and recommendations, see http://wdrs.fnal.gov/visas/I94Elimination.html.
