Quality Assurance at Fermilab

Fermilab's Integrated Quality Assurance program will ensure that the processes used by our employees are the most efficient and effective processes possible. Between February and April 2009, quality-assurance representatives met with employees across the laboratory to do an as-is assessment of processes and quality controls that we use for our work. With employees' help, quality-assurance teams determined corrective actions that will improve these processes. We are now implementing these action items.
