Operation Terminology Neutrino
A neutrino is an elementary particle without an electric charge. The particle has a very small, near zero, mass that seldom reacts with matter. Wolfgang Pauli theorized the particle to preserve the conservation of energy and momentum during a beta decay. Enrico Fermi named the particle.
