ES&H Training for Users Fermilab requires that all users take an ES&H Orientation class when they first arrive at Fermilab. This training must be completed before the Users' Office will issue a badge. This training can be accomplished in one of two ways. 1) On-Site Instructor-Led: The training is offered every Monday at 1 pm (15NW Wilson Hall) and Thursday at 8am (Training Center on A Road). 2) Review Material On-Line with On-line Test. If you have a Fermilab ID number, this option is available for you. If you do not have a Fermilab ID number, you can review the materials ahead of time. When you arrive at the Users' Office, you will be given your ID number and can proceed to the Library (Wilson Hall, 3rd floor) to take the test on-line. Your information will not be processed until the test is complete. Each User is required to have completed an Individual Training Needs Assessment (ITNA) as well. This is a series of questions concerning the work that you will be performing at Fermilab, which will in turn identify any other ES&H training you will be required to complete. You and your Validator or Fermilab Point of Contact can complete this once you know your Fermilab ID Number. If you do not have an ES&H webpage User Name and Password, you must create an ES&H account before you can complete the ITNA.
All the links needed to create an ES&H account, perform an ITNA, and review the on-line orientation materials are available at http://www-esh.fnal.gov/pls/default/esh_home_page.page?this_page=22009.
