The David Schramm Fellow since Fall 2005 has been Dan Hooper
(2005-), an expert on dark matter, neutrino astrophysics, and cosmic rays. Hooper
received his PhD in 2003 from University of Wisconsin, Madison under the
supervision of Francis Halzen and was then a postdoc at Oxford.
