The \START command specifies to the RCP system that the RCP file with the logical HANUMAN_RCP is about to start. The \START command is terminated at the end by the \STOP command. By convention an RCP file name XXX. RCP has a START command \START XXX_RCP. The file is known within the fortran program by the logical XXX_RCP.
