These meetings are intended to have about one hour of scheduled
presentations, with an additional half hour for news and discussions
as needed. Chairpersons are asked to keep the meeting within these
parameters, both when scheduling talks and during the meeting itself.

REMINDER: To optimize peoples' usage of their time, the Thursday/Friday meetings
will start on time. Please be prompt.
