This is an attempt to organize zoo of channels in rs_tdc data.

General remarks:
1. Layer 8 and 17 are quite noisy
2. sectors 17,18,20 have 2 peacks in RS-IC data (kbeam & km21) 
   separated by 120ns
3. Sector 23 does not have any data (though Steve does for BV-IC)
4. RS-BV data is reasonable for only "kbeam after_trim" set.

 9M06 RS-IC (kbeam & km21) has high level of background
18P06 RS-IC (kbeam & km21) has 3 peaks separated by 120 and 30 ns

19P10 RS-IC very small number of events.
     
13M11 RS-IC data for km21 after trim is missing

 4P15 RS-IC for kbeam and km21 after trim is horrible, complete noise.
 7M15 RS-IC double peaks separated by 50ns
 
 1M20 has data for RS-IC (kbeam), but no data for km21

 1M21 has data for kbeam, but no data for km21
