              3-body decay accurately enough.

    vavilov:  User info is added for other members of the decay chain in the
              similar way it was done for the direct decay products of an 
              initial particle:
              UBUF(1) - parent track number
              UBUF(2) - time of flight
    vavilov:  (1) ISWIT(4) definition changed (although remained compartible
              with previous one) to reflect a new feature: if 4-th bit of
              ISWIT(4) is set all decay producs chain originated by an initial
              particle will be written in JKINE, otherwise only decay products
              of the initial particle iteself will be written (as before).
              The possibility to stop particles in vetos remained but now
              referes to bits 0-3 of ISWIT(4). Examples,
              SWIT 4  1 - stops any particle in any veto (as before)
              SWIT 4 17 - stops particles, saves all decay chain
              SWIT 4 16 - doesn't stop particles, save all decay chain.
              
              (2) SWIT 1 3  - makes to call GPCXYZ in GUSTEP
              
              (3) Remove testing historgrams.
