    vavilov:  Substantial changes aimed to introduce a new way of keeping 
              track on an initial particle. Initail particle first marked by
              putting the variable UPWGHT (/GCTRAK/) to some value (MARK)
              diffrent from default, then keeping this value with the particle
              through its stops (it turned out that GEANT can stop particle 
              not only for the reason of decay or hadronic interaction but also
              when it emmits cherenkov photons).
              Now particle is forced to decay and its decay procuducts are
              saved to JKINE structure only if it is the initial 
              particle (UPWGHT=MARK)!
