Supersymmetry and Other Standard Model Extensions

The EPP Division of Fermilab is sponsoring an extensive series of academic lectures on Supersymmetry and other extensions of the Standard Model. Our goal is that these lectures will complement the frequent seminars, colloquia, and workshops that occur at Fermilab on this subject. These lectures will provide an opportunity to obtain a solid grounding in the basics of this subject with a pedagogical approach. The level of the lectures will be appropriate for experimenters. While they will provide for some mathematical insight into SUSY lagrangians, they will not focus on computational techniques or advanced field theory.

An outline of the series follows. We will post the specific lecture times when they have been settled. We have attempted when possible to limit the schedule to one lecture a week, in order to allow people to attend without too much disruption to their daily responsibilities.

High PT Hadron Collider Physics
Six lectures on hadron collider physics

These lectures are intended for graduate students and new postdocs. The aim is to cover hadron collider physics topics in CDF, D0 and the LHC (ATLAS and CMS) for high PT phenomena. Lectures will have both a normal set of presentations and a PC based Monte Carlo component based on the COMPHEP program.
