Travel Funds Request Form

The Fermilab UEC and the URA Visiting Scholar Program are pleased to announce a program to support travel for a limited number of young scientists for this year's Annual Users Meeting. The meeting will be held June 12-13, 2012 at Fermilab. Funds are available for partial travel support for members from URA institutions to attend the meeting and/or work on Fermilab sponsored projects.

Awards are intended for graduate students and post-docs. Preference will be given for active participation in the meeting such as giving a talk at the Users Meeting or New Perspectives, or presenting a poster during the poster session. The applicants stay at Fermilab is not limited to the meeting days and could be as long as three weeks.

All applications completed before Monday May 21 will receive full consideration. Thereafter, availability of funds will determine whether any additional awards can be made.
