Printing posters at Fermilab's Visual Media Services

An early registration is encouraged if you are planning to have your poster printed at Fermilab.

People presenting posters may have them printed at Fermilab by Visual Media Services (VMS), provided there is enough time for the office to process your request.

If you are planning to present a poster, please contact VMS as soon as your poster is accepted to get more information about time constraints for poster printing for the Users Meeting Poster session.

Usually you have to be prepared to provide a pdf of your poster to VMS, but contact them directly to get all details and requirements.

VMS is located in the northwest corner of Wilson Hall's ground floor (map) and tipically is able to print 10-15 posters per day.

Setting up your poster

The poster session will take place in the Wilson Hall Atrium.

We prefer that you bring in your poster to be set up between June 6 and noon on June 9. Posters will remain on display for two weeks after the Fermilab Users Meeting.

Please email the FSPA officers for assistance in setting up your poster or if you know that you won't be able to have your poster on display by noon June 9.

Contact the FSPA officers if you have any questions.
