Currently, the GSA is surveying the Quality of Life for people that work and/or live on the fermilab site. This survey was distributed via email to users and graduate students on the Users' Organization mailing list, the Fermilab Graduate Student mailing list and the Young Physicists mailing list on November 1, 2001. Comments were requested requested by November 8, 2001. One of the major issues that was raised concerned transportation issues on the lab, the taxi service and transportation to and from the METRA railway stations. At the moment the GSA and UEC are trying to find a solution for these problems.
