On Thursday, June 14, 2012, the Annual New Perspectives Conference takes place at Fermilab.
This conference is aimed at young physicists in High Energy or Nuclear physics, of under-graduate, graduate and post-doctoral levels.
There will be a day's worth of talks on May 31st followed by a barbecue in front of Kuhn Barn.
Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at the 45th annual User's Meeting, posters by Fermilab graduate students, postdocs, and research associates will be featured during the evening reception.
New Perspectives talks should be a maximum of 15 minutes long. The deadline for abstract submissions for New Perspectives is Friday, June 1st.
There is no registration for New Perspectives (please just show up to attend!) but please do so for the User's Meeting, particularly if you're giving a poster or giving a New Perspectives talk. Registration for the User's Meeting will be available soon.
New Perspectives is organized by Fermilab's Graduate Student Association.
Contact the GSA officers if you have any questions.
