This week, we'll be touring Neutron Therapy. Please note the change in day from Tuesday to Monday. The tour will be conducted by Tom Kroc, who introduces the tour thus: We'll start with a quick tour of the linac, which provides the beam to NTF. Then the production of the neutron beam. We'll tour the treatment room. I can show you the treatment planning software (we actually use SGI's to produce pictures, which I understand is rare around here). And answer any questions you may have. From the Eola rd stoplight, proceed to Wilson Hall. As you approach WH, passing Swan Lake, turn right then an immediate left along side WH. As the road starts to curve around behind the auditorium, the neutron therapy entrance will be on your right. Park in that area and enter through the door to the left of the garage door. As always, we'll congregate around the tour entrance at 5:00 and begin the tour promptly at 5:10, so don't be late! Hope to see you there. --- Kevin P. Davis for the GSA
