The New Perspectives conference is held at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, which is 35 miles west of Chicago, IL. Directions can be found here.

New Perspectives is meant for under-graduate and graduate students and post-docs that are interested in High Energy Physics. There is no registration fee, but for logistic reasons it is necessary to register.

Participants are responsible for their own expenses on housing, food, and transportation. On-site housing at Fermilab can be arranged through the Fermilab Housing Office (housing@fnal.gov). The GSA has also reserved a few on-site rooms in advance for conference participants; please contact the GSA officers for information on availability of these rooms. For on-site transportation, the free Fermilab taxi is available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays. The taxi number is x4225 from on-site.

The NP 2005 poster session is judged for the George Michail Memorial Poster Award, which is sponsored by the Universities Research Association (URA).
