Tuesday June 11 : Poster session

The poster session at new perspectives will be held at Wilson Hall. As the poster session coincides with the last day of the Fermilab Users Meeting, there will be a lot of audience for the poster session. The best posters compete for the George Michail Memorial Poster Award, sponsored by the Universities Research Association.

Wednesday June 12 and Thursday June 13 : Plenary talks

On these two days, both invited and submitted talks take place. Invited speakers are mixed in with the normal talks to provide diversity. The duration of talks is the following:

  • Invited talks: 40 minutes + 5 minutes questions
  • Student talks: 12 minutes + 3 minutes questions
