The Annual Users Meeting has been set for Wednesday and Thursday, July 7-8, 1999, at Fermilab.  The program will include an address by the new director, talks and discussion on possible future accelerator initiatives at Fermilab, plus highlights of exciting Fermilab physics results from the last year.  Please mark your calendars!  The Users Meeting will be a unique opportunity for Fermilab users to welcome the new director and help set the future of high energy physics at the laboratory.  Following the Users Meeting will be the annual new Perspectices conference organized by the Fermilab Graduate Student Association.  A poster session highlighting the work of many graduate students working at Fermilab is scheduled for the late afternoon of July 8 at the end of the Users Meeting, and the two-day graduate student conference follows on Friday and Saturday, July 9-1
