When an experimenter comes to Fermilab, the Users' Offfice performs the introductions between user and labroatory, handles registration and ID cards, and gives new users information about laboratory policies, procedures and facilities. Throughout the experimenter's stay, the Users' Office provides information and responds to question and concerns. The staff takes telephone messages and accepts mail for users who do not have another point of contact in the laboratory, maintains a copy machine for users and provides secretarial and administrative support to the Users' Executive Committee. Experimenters can also obtain rental cars from Pilot's Leasing through the Users Office.
