The FNAL-NON-US mailing list. The list is intended for discussions and transmittal of information of a general nature of interest to the Fermilab user community who do not hold US passports or have permanent residence status. Due to the wide variety and circumstances of the general user community this necessarily is a broad audience with many different concerns. This list is administered by members of the UEC (Fermilab Users' Executive Committee) and the Fermilab Users' Office. The list will remain unmoderated, but the UEC reserves the right to convert the list into a moderated list at any time. The UEC also reserves the right to request that persons refrain from posting if material is deemed unsuitable or does not comply with the general policies or intent of the list. In particular, this list is NOT intended for political discussion or "chatting". Spamming and "flame-wars" will not be tolerated. 2. None of the information discussed on this list should be construed in any way to be definitive or sanctioned by the laboratory, the UEC or URA (University Research Associates). The information and opinions provided via this forum are those of the individuals, and Fermilab, the UEC and URA can assume no responsibility for the accuracy of the information or for any adverse consequences which may result. 3. All information on DOE laboratory computers is available to the government at their request and no notification needs to be given that such data has been requested.
