May 24, 2012, 5:30 p.m.	Last day to apply for SSVSP
May 31, 2012, 5:30 p.m.	Last day to revoke (rescind) SSVSP application
June 6 & 7, 2012	Email of notification of acceptance/rejection of SSVSP application from HR
June 12, 2012	If approved, employees pick up: approved form, SSVSP General Release and Waiver and the census data. If not approved, employees pick up explanation for disapproval from HR. Special arrangements will be made if you work at CERN. Employees can contact Christine Johnson in WDRS.
June 12, 2012 – July 27, 2012	45-day consideration period for SSVSP General Release and Waiver and census data. You should review the waiver (even after termination from the Laboratory) and may wish to consult an attorney for up to 45 calendar days following receipt of the waiver and the associated census data. If you do not sign or sign and later revoke the SSVSP General Release and Waiver you will not receive severance pay.
Between June 26, 2012 & July 13, 2012 depending on business needs	Employee voluntary separation dates
Your Voluntary Separation date (last day worked)	First day to sign the SSVSP General Release and Waiver.
July 27, 2012	Last day to sign SSVSP General Release and Waiver.
7 days after you have signed the SSVSP General Release and Waiver	Deadline for revoking (rescinding) the General Release and Waiver. You must revoke in writing to the Head of WDRS.
