New Package: RandomObjects

HistTools Alpha version v0.1 cvs rtag V00-01-00

New Package
The purpose of the HistTools package is to contain small tools and utilities useful for working with HepTuple histograms.
Not yet ready for prime time!
Features in release:
HepTuple file comparison.
HepFileCompare is a tool for validating a pair of HepTuple files by comparing corresponding histograms for exact equality.

Histogram comparison
CLasses to compare 1D, 2D and Profile histograms for exact equallity. These contain methods which can output any differnces, or can work silently a bool indicating equallity.

Tree-walking
A framework to apply an arbitrary operation on pairs of corresponding histograms (used by HepFileCompare in conjucntion with equallity checking classes, but potentially valuable for other sorts of pairwise operations).
