HepTuple v1.7.3 cvs rtag V01-07-03

New Features in release:
Add the combine member function to HepFileManager.
This allows you to combine the histogram contents of two files. The contents of corresponding histograms are added; any histogram appearing without a corresponding one will be added into the accumulating file.

Accomodations for MSVC++ in the example programs.
Makefile mod on IRIX to avoid table space crunch.
Clean up a few lingering details in the examples.
