The following release was announced March 4, 2001:

ErrLogEx New package v1.5.1; cvs rtag V01-05-01

Tools involving both the Exceptions and the ErrorLogger package.
Features in release:
test/GNUmakefile repair.
File had been correct in release R-01-02027 but an improper makefile had been present V01-05-00.
Fixes in test programs.
Two test programs had retained dependency on ZMtools instead of looking for headers in ErrLogEx.
