Status and schedule for sub-project:  ZMtools


Current release:

    * ZMtimer (contributed, heavily edited) subpackage:
	: ZMcpuTimer for CPU timing
	: ZMclkTimer for wall-clock timing
	: ZMdualTimer combines both capabilities


Being completed:

    * None


Will be done next:

    * ZMtimer is environment-dependent; needs porting to remaining
      mandated platforms (Linux/KCC, NT/MSVC++)


Tentative further intentions (subject to de-prioritizing):

    * Acceptance and integration of other user-contributed software
      if and when received


Possibilities not intended:

    * None
