The default keypad mode in SI is EDT, in VAX TPU the default is the numeric
keypad.
SI provides no VT100 terminal specific keypad mode.
CTRL/L in SI begins a learn sequence, in VAX TPU CTRL/L inserts a form feed.
Form feeds can be inserted in SI with the CTRL/V CTRL/L key sequence.
CTRL/B begins command recall in both SI and VAX TPU, however SI presents a
blank command line while VAX TPU forces the user to start with the last command.
