A librarian has to go through the same steps a developer goes through, but he has write access to the CVS repository for his own package. The librarian has access to the package-specific directory in the $SRT_DIST/packages tree. This can be accomplished via a group uid, and trusted developers can be added or removed from this uid using the systools commands cmd addmember and cmd delmember.
