SYNOPSIS

[-?, --help]
[-d <cvsroot>]
<package name>
DESCRIPTION
Creates a new directory in the packages directory
of a distribution.
The usage is "newpkg foo".
OPTIONS
-?, --help
-
prints the usage message
-d <cvsroot>
-
Set the cvsroot for the package in the
distribution to <cvsroot>.
ARGUMENTS
<package name>
-
Name of the new package.
