This is identical to the v1_5_2 product, except for

* the addition of the termios module, the fpectl module,
  and sgimodule on IRIX systems.

* it is linked against tcl v8_3_1, tk v8_3_1 and blt v2_4u
  which gets our _tkinter calls up to date.
