Version v1_4 of the python product has been released.

Currently there are (at least) three different python products installed on 
various systems here at Fermilab. This one aims to replace the others.
It is statically linked, to reduce the problems associated with runtime 
module location.

The product is statically linked to include the _tkinter module, using
tcl v7_6 and tk v4_2, which are already current products.
