This release is basically the same as our v5_005 product, 
with updates/installs of the following perl packages:

  Bundle::LWP
  DateManip
  CGI
  DBI
  HTML::Parser
  Unix::Syslog
  XML::Parser
  XML::DOM
  XML::Dumper
  Tk

Note that the addition of the Tk package removes the need for a separate
perltk product.
