Clearing hung jukebox problems

Sometimes, due to communication line problems, undocmented error returns, etc. the jukebox control software gets hung. This is not very frequent, and usually occurs when the jukebox has been opened, power cycled, etc. The recovery method that works most consistently is

1. Stop the jukebox server ( ups stop juke)
2. Power down the jukebox
3. wait a few seconds
4. Power up the jukebox
5. Wait for the jukebox to initialize
6. Start the jukebox server ( ups start juke)
