This is the conv2html product, which currently contains
	latex2html
	c2html
	texi2html
	texexpand
	mifmucker
	rtftohtml
	man2html
	parse-html.pl
	html-ascii.pl
	html-to-ascii.pl
	html-to-rfc.pl
which are all perl scripts to do various document conversions
to/from html format.

The product has *lots* of product dependencies, currently:
	ximagetools (for convert to convert PostScript to a gif file)
	shells (for perl)
	tex (for latex itself)
	ghostview (more PostScript conversion parts)
latex2html is currently configured to use image bitmaps on dcdsv0.fnal.gov 
in the documents it serves, you may want to copy them and put your own
favorite server in.
