Notes:

1. This version will include the latest release from the net of
latex2html.

2. ftt v1_0c includes SunOS+5 support, a new call to write a double filemark,
and fixes the block-bigger-than-buffer error returns so that unlabelled
tape support in rbio works properly.

3. Futil, systools, fulib and funkern will be released simultaneously.
Support for HP-UX-09 will be included. AIX bug in funame will be fixed.
Various cmd bugs will be fixed. All will include a warning message in the
setup files saying in effect, "If you don't know what you're doing, you
should unsetup now!" All are being converted so they build reliably.
Schedule has slipped due to build problems.

4. rbio v9_0a contains a minor fix to rbgetval such
that the results are the same on ALL platforms and an
immunity to the potential swapping of shared libraries
containing BSD vs SVr4 semantics.
