The Fermilab apache product contains the Apache server (currently 1.3.14)
with the NCSA compatability options turned on, and the
mod_speling, mod_fastcgi, and mod_so modules added, to allow case-insensitive URL's, and the
use of FastCGI scripts, and the use of dynamically loaded modules, like mod_layout Also the Apache-SSL code is installed
so that you can setup a secure server, with instructions
