Accessing and Printing the PostScript or PDF Version

Copies are available on the shelves outside the former Computing Division Library (Wilson Hall, 8th floor, NE corner).

You can print a copy for yourself if you like. The manual is awfully big to print all at once, so we've made it available in three large PostScript files. To see them on-line, click on first, second, or third to bring up the portion you want:

• The first part contains the Title page, Acknowledgments, Table of Contents, Appendices, and Index
• The second part contains Chapters 1 through 9
• The third part contains Chapters 10 through 18

We also have an Acrobat PDF file of the whole manual. The PostScript and PDF files can be found online at: http://www.fnal.gov/docs/UNIX/unix_at_fermilab/ps/rev1997/ . (The PDF file displays and prints more reliably from NT than UNIX.)

Section 8.2.3 provides instructions for duplex printing.
