n Estimate of time needed for setup, testing and data-taking

n Required beam conditions, including intensity, length of flattop and cycle time

n Estimate of off-line computing needs

n Cost estimate of major detector components

n Estimated requirements for laboratory facilities and manpower for the construction, installation, operation and removal of the apparatus
