Gary M. Leonard, General Counsel
Gary M. Leonard is Fermilab’s laboratory General Counsel. He manages and provides a full range of legal services to all scientific programs involving the laboratory. He oversees all in-house legal review of procurements for construction, service and supply contracts as well as claims engendered at the laboratory.
Karen Bormann, Legal Office Administrator
Karen Bormann is the FRA Legal Office Administrator at Fermilab. In this position, Karen manages all operational aspects of the delivery of legal services. She gives technical advice and assistance in all areas of legal administration.
